Gordon Hickey is a writer and editor living in Chesterfield County, outside Richmond, Virginia. Hickey reported for The Richmond Times-Dispatch and later led a team of reporters as politics editor. He served as press secretary for then-governor Tim Kaine, and, as communications director for the Virginia State Bar, Hickey was the editor of Virginia Lawyer magazine.
